Landscape Architect / Designer
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Leading and/or assisting in the design of landscape plans and construction drawings
- Communicating with clients during the design and installation process
- Drafting of base plans, designs, construction details and plan graphics
- Site work such as field measurements, plant and hardscape layout, project supervision as
necessary to complete landscape designs
- Preparing cost estimates, plan take-offs, proposals and contracts
- Coordinating subcontractors and material purchases
- Promotional and community events
Landscape Foreman
- Bachelor’s degree in the landscape field or minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping or a related discipline.
- Supervising and assisting a crew of 3-5 in the installation of landscape projects
- Knowledge of plant material, construction methods and landscape machinery required
- Completing all paperwork and office procedures for all projects
- Ability to layout and install projects from landscape plans
Project Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in the landscape field or minimum of 5 years experience in landscaping or a related discipline.
- Supervising landscape crews and subcontractors in the installation of landscape projects
- Acting liaison between client, management and field personnel
- Completing all paperwork and office procedures for all projects
- Ability to layout and install projects from landscape plans
- Training of landscape crews
- Equipment maintenance
